Mary Lee Harnden, of Route 39, Chaffee, died Friday December 29, 2017 in Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, Springville at the age of 66.
She was born March 22, 1951 in Buffalo, New York a daughter of Gwendolyn (nee Murray) St. John and the late Gerald E. St. John. She attended the Arcade United Church of Christ, Congregational, had worked as an orthopedic surgical technician in Texas and worked as an in home aide at a SASi group home in Arcade.
She is survived by two sons - Jason (Jamie) Harnden of Great Vine, TX and Scott (Renee) Harnden of Wichita Falls, TX; her mother - Gwendolyn St. John of Farmersville Station; six grandchildren - Jaden, Chasen, Alyssa, Brianna, Chelsey and Ava; siblings - Barbara (Joe) Illenz of Machias, Wendy (Ron) St. John of Clarence, Kris (Marianne) St. John of Farmersville Station, Julie (Shawn) Siddle of Farmersville Station and several loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father - Gerald St. John who passed away November 8, 2014.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held Saturday January 6, 2018 at 2 pm in the Arcade United Church of Christ, Congregational, 297 Main St., Arcade. Memorials may be made to the Arcade Rescue Squad, PO Box 303, Arcade, 14009.
