Margaret "Peg" L. Hanlon of Arcade and formerly of Strykersville, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 86.

She was born September 22, 1933 in Sheldon, NY a daughter of the late Henry and Iva (nee Kriger) Logel. Peg enjoyed traveling, camping, puzzles, playing Yahtzee and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had also formerly attended St. Mary's Church in Arcade.

She was a supervisor for Fisher Price in East Aurora.

Her husband, William C. Hanlon, Jr. who she married on June 7, 1952 in Sheldon, passed away January 25, 2016.

Peg is the dearest mother of: William (Debora) Hanlon of West Seneca, Scott (Deborah) Hanlon of Strykersville, Debra (Scott) Junkin of Marilla; loving grandmother of: Heather (Zachary) Smith of Blasdell, Eric (Chelsea) Hanlon of Angola, Chelsey (Daniel) Resendez of Mico, TX, Lindsey (fiance Andy Bush) Hanlon of North Java and Sam Junkin of Marilla; also survived by her great-grandchildren: Madalyn, Faith and Alexander Resendez, Noah and Brady Hanlon and Olivia Smith; her siblings: Marie (Edward) Redden of Sheldon and Edward (Barbara) Logel of Strykersville as well as several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her sister - Beverly Logel.

There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery, Strykersville.
