I am so sorry to learn of Howard's passing. His service to his community, in so many ways and for so many years, was unsurpassed. I was privileged to work with Howard through the Board of Supervisors, the County Republican Committee and with his leadership on the County's Mental Health Dept board. It was through his commitment, advocacy and hard work that Wyoming County has an inpatient mental health program at the county hospital, and so many families can benefit from having critical services available locally. He always had great stories, a big smile and a laugh to share, and loved his community, his family, and Loretta and Jackie. I am grateful to have known such a person.

So sorry to hear of Howard's passing. A great softball coach back in my younger days in LV. He always remembered me when I saw him at the Fair or at the alumni banquet. Peace. Wayne Reed
