I never knew the man but I do have a wonderful cousin...Ellen...who is undoubtedly very sad along with his family and friends right now. Ellen just wanted you to know positive vibrations and angels are headed your way from me and the family. I am sure he was a great guy who added fun to your life, may the memories bring you some wonderful heart warmings. Love..Annie George Luscher

Bill was a dear friend and we shared many memories together. Bill and I went to many motorcycle events together from Laconia,N.H. Daytona beach Fl., to Sturgis, S.D. and many others in between. Bill was a very kind and gentle person who’s friendship will be greatly missed. R.I.P. my friend and may the lord comfort you and accept you with open arms into his Heavenly Kingdom. Love you Brother.

Bill, there's not much that I can say other than I'm going to miss you buddy. You were my friend for almost 40 years and one that i could share anything with. You were the best man at my wedding, a riding & fishing partner and one of my best friends. I know that GOD ended your suffering and called you home. I'll miss our talks, weekends at the lake and our rides on the bike. Love you and we'll see each other again.
