To the Peckham family: I worked with Bob many years ago at Loeffler's and to this day remember him as a man of immense kindness. Most salespeople dread having a ride along, which is exactly what I was as a new employee. He would load his car at the warehouse and off we'd go to stop at what felt like dozens of salons to drop off orders as he skillfully encouraged customers to create another one for the next time. His clients adored him and he was a valuable teacher of the art of customer service- lessons I remember to this day as I still work in the industry. My condolences to you on the passing of a man who unerringly exemplified kindness, good humor, skilled salesmanship, and patience. Sincerely, Sue Sheldon/ Salon Accessories
