Obituary

Fredrick W. Nagle, of Sandusky, died on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at his home at the age of 74.

He was born February 7, 1946 in Franklinville, NY a son of the late Walter and Lillian (Fox) Nagle. He was a member of the Sandusky Baptist Church.

He worked for Vargo Trucking in Blasdell, NY as a truck driver. He enjoyed late model dirt track car racing and worked on a mechanical racing crew in his 20's. He also enjoyed gardening and raising beef cattle.

He is survived by his wife - Marlene (Nichols) Nagle whom he married October 19, 2002 in Pine City, NY; his daughters: Lisa Armstrong of WNY, Jennifer (Ken) Smith of Nunda; his step daughter: Joanne (Eugene) Rutkofske of Knightdale, NC; his sisters: Diane Sampson of Goosecreek, SC, Jeanne (Bill) Reidy of Michigan; his granddaughters: Megan and Abby Lewandowski and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister - Leanna Harrington.

There will be no prior calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.

i knew this skinny young lad as a boy. we'd walk around 'the block' to get to his house and play in the front yard.
good lookin' dude . thought of him now and then . wondering what became of FRED .
those were the good 'ol days.

Marlene and Jennifer, my heart is with you both. I am so sorry for your loss! I will always remember family get-to-get hers and all of the funny stories that Fred would tell. He always made me laugh! You are in my prayers!!! 💔
